Southside at McEwen is located at the corner of West McEwen Drive and Mallory Lane. It is anchored by a 45,000-square-foot Whole Foods market, and will be adjoined by 40,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The merchandising mix will include full-service and casual dining, womenʼs apparel, housewares, furniture and home design, gifts and stationary, outdoor apparel and accessories, and salon services.
BrickTopʼs features 7,200 square feet of interior dining space, and 1,500 square feet of outdoor patio dining. It is now open.
Also located on the Southside is the McEwen Building, a 6-story, 175,000 square-foot Class A office space that opened in 2009. Current tenants include Southern Land Company, LLC, The Nutro Company (a division of Mars), Renal Advantage Health care, Raymond James, Art of Strength kettlebell gym, and a new tenant, Brixx Wood Fired Pizza, which is now open.
