FRANKLIN,TN – Carlisle Transportation Products will locate its new 28,000-square-foot corporate headquarters inside Southern Land Co.’s McEwen Building, company and local officials announced today.
The new division, owned by parent company Carlisle Companies Inc. of Charlotte, N.C., will employ about 100 people.
The new lease will bring the 175,000-square-foot building to about 90 percent occupancy, according to a Southern Land spokesman.

Carlisle will open temporary offices in June, and is expected to move into McEwen in October.
