McEwen began to transform significantly over the past six months. With the opening of McEwen Drive, its first residential community now open and leasing, and the spring 2009 delivery of the first office space, this mixed-use neighborhood is coming to life.  Here are a few highlights:

Dwell: After opening in January 2009, Dwell is now 67% leased. After serving as the casting location for "The Bachelor", Dwell became the hip place to live in Cool Springs overnight.

McEwen Drive: Created to be a major thoroughfare through Cool Springs, McEwen Drive, with its dedicated exit off of I-65, is bringing more and more traffic into the community on a daily basis - an exciting and important development for retailers and office tenants.

Town Center: McEwen's town center is slated for vertical construction in spring 2010. Top brand retailers and restaurants have already committed.

McEwen Building: Shimmering on the southern edge of the community, The McEwen Building opened in May 2009, and has since attracted several tenants, including Southern Land Company's corporate office, a $30 billion global corporation, and a NYSE full-service brokerage firm. In addition, Punch Kettle Bell has signed on as the buildings first retail tenant.

Whole Foods: The legendary grocer is working through its final phase of planning with the City of Franklin, and is scheduled to break ground in November 2009. Whole Food's exceptional reputation for quality and community involvement makes it the perfect fit for McEwen residents and the larger Cool Springs market.
